Belgian contract

Hi I’ve had a rolling contract with Belgian company-. I am based in Dublin so remote. Does anyone know if I qualify for any role/job protection in Belgium after a certain number of years? Or here?

Thanks for asking…contact is under Irish law- suppose after 5 years of a contract am wondering about any rights I might have. Contact is only for 12 mths each time

Your contract might be written in Flemish, French, English or any language in which you’re not fluent. Read my lips:- Ensure you are fully cognisant with your contract each year.

Suppose my problem is the uncertainty- they won’t make me a Belgian employee as too costly for them. Thanks for all your replies
