Does anyone know where I could buy a Belfast sink in Dublin?

Also, anything specific we should look out for when installing this type of sink? - a plumber we know will be doing the actual work but not sure if they've put in one of these before ...

ParisB,

I have a second hand one that we took out recently, PM me if you are interested in further details...

Thanks,

One thing i realised about them when i saw one in a friends house is how deep they are. I always fancied one but it put me off- my friend's tall and i could see her getting backache bending over it to do the washing up. Perhaps you can get one thats not as deep or have it fitted higher.

Does anyone still do the washing up in the kitchen sink ?......I thought that was just for blondes to wash their hair in !

Chadwick's (at all their locations) stock them. They're great things- we had one in our last house as well as this and never found them to stain. The occasional glass will topple over and break. The extra depth is great for washing grill pans etc.
