Belfast 10week stay Accommodation

I have to go to Belfast soon for 10 weeks with work. I am not particularily drawn to staying in a hotel for that length of time. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any apartments or other similar accommodation for short term letting. I don't know the city at all. Any other recommendations for restaurants and the likes welcome.
