I have two separate questions if any can help, please...
1 - Can an employer cut your time by 30 minutes per day because they employed more staff to do the job? So the job is now being completed faster. However, it means that some of us that are there over 10 years (same hours) are being cut 30 minutes per day.
2 – Can an employer put long-term staff (again over 10 years) on short time, 3 days per week to keep 2 new employees because it might get busy again. New employees there for 10 months.
