Malta seems to be a popular choice, income sourced from outside Malta seems to be tax free.
There is normally a period though where if you don't pay tax in the country you resident in, you are still liable for tax in your previous tax domicile for some years (think it's 2 or 3), so be sure to get advice from a professional. Maybe others can be more helpful on here, but if you search up tax advisers in these low tax places that would probably be a good start, I'm sure a zoom consultation can be booked to get some information without a huge spend. The Isle of Man is another one not far from home to look into, personally I'd prefer Malta!
