Beautmont woods - a good place to rent out or not

Medic friend of mine will be working in Beaumont Hospital for about 18 months, and then possibly in the Mater. He is thinking of buying a two-bed duplex in Beaumont Woods, next to the hospital. He was wondering if he ever decided to move to a larger property, would he be able to rent this duplex property out easily. Any opinions on rental possibilites in Beaumont appreciated.

Properties in Beaumont Woods rent very easily because of the hospital just next door. And I don't see that moving! Hard to get a better location for letting in my opinion but I'm open to correction.

A friend of mine rents a house in Beaumont woods and finds it easy to rent. There will always be good rental due to the hospital. It's a nice estate and only a short commute to the hospital i.e. only about a 2 minute walk depending on traffic!!
