BBC Website

Is anyone having problems accessing the BBC site recently? I've not been able to access the home page (www.bbc.co.uk) or any of the sub-sites for about a week now. My ISP is Eircom. Any ideas what may have changed?

Try going directly to a page rather than through the home page

Try opening a command window i.e. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt or Run > cmd
Assuming you are Windows of course.
Then type in ping www.bbc.co.uk
you should get an indication if you are getting network access to the BEEB. If not then the site may have been inadventantly blocked by your firewall or other security product. Check that out and make sure that the BBC is not blocked.

Did some research & found that by changing DNS entries I can now access BBC. [broken link removed]
