Battery needed for Dunnes Golf Caddy.

I have a Dunne's golf caddy. The battery is a slim type, about a half size. There is no brand on the illustrated brochure. I am having a problem getting a replacement. I have tracked down an English supplier but I would prefer to get it from a local firm.
Any ideas?

There must be an official alphanumeric reference on the battery itself - what is it?

Whatever it is, someone like Farnell should have it.

What kind of battery is it? Has it a red and black lead coming out of it? If so, the Mocad battery will probably fit it.
