Bathroom - Tile before or after installation of suite

Hi All,

Is it better to tile a bathroom (walls and floor) before or after installation of a new bathroom suite?

Planning to replace existing suite with new sink, wc and bath.

Any pitfalls when doing either?

I would definetly recommend tiling before installing the suite.
Looks way tidier
