Barring numbers

Is it possible to ban certain numbers on a house phone, eg 11850, 11811 or even mobile numbers. I have an eircom account.

You can stop outgoing mobile numbers for a small fee per month. We've had to resort doing this after several gigantic phonebills run up by my young adult children :-(
