Bariloche/Mendoza/Salta

I have trawled through tripadvisor for places to stay re the above locations. I was wondering if anyone on AAM had been to any of above places in the last year or two & could recommend somewhere to stay.

We would be looking for something similar to 4 star I suppose & our preference is for modern boutique hotels, ie wood/stone/minimalistic rather than multi-coloured carpets, walls, duvets, etc!!

stayed in Cub Tapiz in Mendoza and villa huinid, both were excellent. Visited argentina in october last year. They have very good feedback on trip advisor
 
I stayed in this hotel in Bariloche earlier this year & found it very good.

The views are spectacular over the lake so ask for a room at the front & on a higher level if possible.

It's a beautiful area. Enjoy .......and don't forget to sample lots of chocolate.
