Barclay Court, Blackrock

Hey everyone,

I was just looking at myhome and daft and spotted a few houses in Barclay Court, Blackrock.

Has anyone lived in any of these houses? Would you recommend them? Do they suffer from the "I can hear everything next door" problem?

I lived in Barclay Court when I was a student in Carysfort college in the mid 1980s. It was a quiet estate in a good location. The houses were very basic semi-detached. Don't remember the walls being particulary thin but there was no en-suite bedrooms which were still seen as a luxury back then!
 
They are in a great location but some of them back on to a busy road. You also have to drive through Blackrock village to access them when coming from the city as there is no right turn in to the estate from the main road.
