A mate and I are in the early days of looking at setting up a beach bar on one of the Greek Islands.
Can anyone provide any info on Greece, i.e.
1) Mortgage Availability,
2) Likely Costs,
3) Potential Growth,
4) Growth Areas.
Bit of a random one I know but if any one has set up a business/ property there I would appreciate any relevant info.
