Bankruptcy assessment question

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how bankruptcy assessment works if someone that is married is going bankrupt.
Husband has no debt and I am looking to clear mine. Bankruptcy seems my only option. As far as I am aware we need to be assessed as a couple and allowable income is split 50/50. I pay him 650 rent per month. When I’m being assessed do I put the full amount in calculator of €1300 per month as he is not willing to give any mortgage statements? Only thing I can show to ISI is my payment of 650 per month by standing order.if they seek proof of full amount I can’t give this to them and I will in reality not be able to go through with bankruptcy. Very confusing when there is only 1 party going bankrupt. Would really appreciate someone’s advice on this please?

There is a possibility that the Official Assignee will determine that you have a "beneficial" share in the house, as your €650 is being used to pay the mortgage.

You might be safer to do a PIA/DSA.
