Hi,
I have had one of those Charity mastercard credit cards for the last five years.
Bank of Ireland wrote to me three weeks ago saying they are finishing, and that I have to be moved over to a Mastercard Advantage card.
So I filled in the form, sent it off two weeks ago, and still haven't got my new card.
Now the problem with this is that I saved up €900 and lodged it into my current credit card as I am going abroad for a few weeks, and just wanted to be able to take money out of my credit card abroad when I needed it, but am now worried that my present card won't work now abroad, and I am off on hols in two weeks.
Of course I rang the bank and they just keep putting me on the long finger saying ring back next week, I don't know what to do?
Any suggestions please.
