Bank Survey

Hello,

Can anyone tell me who pays for the bank survey? We have already paid for a structural survey on a house. Our broker said we have to pay for the Bank Survey. The last house i bought in 2005, this was not the case. Has it changed?

Yes, normally you pay. Sometimes where a bank is in love with their client they will swallow the cost.

I had to pay for my valuation last week. Typical cost is around €150.
