Hi All
I am thinking of changing my mortgages have two ,one on my home and the other on a buy to let .Has anybody dealt with BOS and if so how did you get on. Is there a better bank to go with at the mo I have a tracker of .7% above ECB and on buy to let .99% above ECB.

The best mortgage rates for low LTVs are from NIB.

Less than 50% LTV = margin of 0.50%
Up to 80% LTV = margin of max 0.59%

Note: these rates are for PPRs.

Just checked out rates NIB are the best for PPR'S but one of the dearest for BTL'S .Bank of Scotland have to get back to me .
