Bank Of Ireland Rights Issue

I hold nominee accounts in BIO with GoodBodys
Anybody know if I can take up or sell these rights
Also, any advice on this...I have'nt a clue about rights issues
 
My understanding is that if you if you do not wish to exercise the rights yourself (and acquire some discounted shares) you should contact your broker they will negotiate the sale of your rights.
