Hi All,

I am expecting to receive an inheritance soon that could go a long way to clear my mortgage. I am currently on a tracker with the Bank of Ireland

Anybody ever done a deal withBoI for closing a tracker mortgage? as in received a reduction in the amount owing

What you should do is not pay anything for 10 years during which they'll attempt to repossess, you'll get 10 years free accommodation and they'll probably cut you a deal to clear the mortgage.
