Can anybody direct me to graphs showing 5 year fixed ,ten year fixed and variable mortgage graphs in either aib or boi since we joined euro.The ecb tightened in dec 05 and fixed rates tightened earlier and I suspect patterns could be similar except interest rates could move upwards very quickly once the world economy turns.We may never have a better chance to fix now.Any thoughts?
