bank drafts to close

Hi folks,

I still can't get an answer from my solicitor on this and I'm never going to use them again!

I need to make a draft out for the solicitors, the stamp duty and the solicitor's fees.

Can someone just tell me how to make the stamp duty draft ... is it payable to the 'Inspector of Taxes' or is it something else...

The solicitor said we could make one draft out to his firm and then he would look after the rest. But I want to have a record showing I made monies available for the revenue etc...I want accurate records.

Can someone please advise?

"Revenue Commissioners" - add " Stamp Duty" if you wish.
