Bank Draft

Hi guys, I need to get a bank draft for 3500 to pay for a car. I have an account with BOI, but the local branch is NOT the branch that my account is set up with. Can I get a bank draft from this branch, and if so what details do I need to bring with me. thanks.
 
I have done this a few times and almost always they require passport or drivers licence as proof of ID.
