Bank Draft

I recently got a bank draft from my current account for circa €1000 for something I bought on ebay. Draft made out to someone elses name obviously. Long story short, the guy decided not to sell the goods so I wont be posting him the draft? Can I lodge this back into my account given that it its not in my name? Do I cancel the draft?

I got bank drafts drawn in another persons name from my Bank that I didn't use - and they were re-lodged into my account without any prob - once you have the documentation.

Don't lodge it 'blind' - go to the counter and explain the situation to the counter staff.
