Just a question regarding Bank Drafts. I am in process of buying a house, so I had to get a holding deposit for EA, which I did, this morning, it is already showing as debited from my account. Does this mean the EA has already cashed the draft or that the bank debits it straight away once you sign or apply for the draft. I already spoke to the bank, and they told me it is because the person on the other side has already cashed it, but they didnt seem to be 100% on it, and they have been wrong before on queries I have put to them. Thanks.
