Is it acceptable to have a draft made payable to a Solicitors Client Account when having a bank draft drawn up i.e. make it payable to "ABC Solicitors Client Account" instead of "ABC Solicitors" where the transaction draft is for a property purchase contract deposit and ABC Solicitors is the vendor's solicitors. No particular reason; no serious objection to making it payable just the name of the firm. Thanks.
