My parents bought when it was built & I lived there when I was very young. Quite a while ago now, but it was fairly middle class back then so I can't imagne it being rough at all now. Maybe someone else has more experience of the past 20-25 years there, however
Very handy for the M50 and Dublin mountains but one thing I would think is that there isn't great access to amenities. They built a main road over the old green area that was apparently "guaranteed" to be preserved when my parents bought.
