ballpark plumbing / windows costs

need some ballpark figures for the following to help me to some costings re the affodability of a house.

1950's house. 5 bedrooms. well built. structurally sound. no cenrtal heating.

1) approx cost cost for doubleglazing all windows.

2) approx cost for installing central heating. what type would you reccomend?

Is it a bungalow, or two story, and what is the square footage
plus how many opes and the average size.

two story,Sq. Metres: 151 (Sq. Feet: 1625.35), upvc. 3 large windoes and 1 small to the front. (not sure of exact size) 4 large windows to the rear.
