I'm looking at moving to Balllina in Co. Tipperary. Does anyone is it a good place to bring kids up/live, is there many shops there? I'm will also be commuting to Limerick on the Raheen side near the industrial estate. Does anyone know how long it would take to get out there in the mornings at rush hour?
