How did your collegue and sister fare since you last posted ? Friend going through a divorce now following his judicial separation a few years ago. His ex will not agree to the terms as per the JS for the divorce. She is looking to change the terms of settlement for the divorce.
SideshowBob - Same thing - there is always the 2nd bit at the cherry option for divorce and this year there have been a few high profile cases in the High Courts where the wife obtained a lot more in the divorce even though all finances had been settled many years ago.
