Baker's Yard Dublin 1

I'm thinking of buying an apartment in Baker's Yard, just off the North Circular Rd between Dorset St and Fitzgibbon St but I don't know an awful lot about the area. I know some parts of Dublin 1 are dodge but I've driven by this place a few times at various times and the area seems fine. Prices are very reasonable for city centre and also include parking. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The location is quite good. Would hold out on buying as I think the developer will drop more.
