Bad experiences in Spain and Bulgaria.

I'm a student doing a dissertation on the Spanish and Bulgarian housing markets and I'm trying to get information on when people have had a bad experience when investing in either the Spanish or Bulgarian property markets to use as a case study.

Therefore I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who has had a negative experience in either market would either post some details of the experience and why it was negative or send them to me in an email.

Many Thanks

Student of what, and where? Just trying to see what course could require such stories. Last time I came across such a trawl for hard-luck stories it was coming from within the irish property sector, with a view to persuading people that Ireland was the only safe place to invest.

So, not that we doubt you, just some more background would be good.

I have had some bad experince with a particularly agent dealing with Bulgarian property would this be suitable?

I am a student of property development at Sheffield Hallam in my Final year doing a dissertation on the Spanish and Bulgarian housing market. Yes I do want positive stories, however these are much easier to find but I need case studies for boyth sides of the coin otherwise it doesn't give a very balanced argument if all I can say is everyone who invested there was extremely happy because this probably is not the case.

If you want to remain anonymous then you can send me an email to andrew.j.graham@student.shu.ac.uk.

I would greatly appreciate it if people sent me some case studies as it would help me produce a higher quality piece of work, and if you like I can send you a copy of the dissertation when it is finished, however it is quite large 15,000 words, approximately 60 pages.

Thanks for the clarification, and I hope that you get what you need.
