Hi All,

Do you know if bad debt in Spain, default on a morgate and currently working with the bank to resovle it, show up in Ireland ?

Unless the institution is registered with the [broken link removed] it shouldn't appear on the credit report. However, that doesn't mean that it is completely invisible.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Looks like the bank in Spain is willing to take the property back as they calculated they will make there money back on selling it.

Its called Dacion en pago.
