Backpacker Travel Insurance - Blue or Ace?

Morning all!

I would love some opinions on these two insurance providers as I'm just about to purchase. Or if anyone would like to suggest any other company that would be great.

PS Anyone know who is good for cover for missed departurtes?

Edited to Add: I'm not concerned with cost necessarily; more with level of cover and customer service in the event of a claim if any one has any experience.

I bought Blue travel insurance for my backpacking year of travel. I picked them as they had a great deal available through USIT and so were the cheapest.
I claimed once for medical treatment during the year and they paid up immediately.
