Back to Education Allowance?

I applied for Back to Education Allowance, and I got the letter on Friday saying it has been granted. How long until the money goes into my bank account? My tuition fees are due next week and I'm very worried it won't be through in time. I've rang the social welfare numerous times but I've had no answer.

BTEA do not pay fees, they pay you a weekly allowance in place of your welfare payment.
