Back to a 3 day week

Hi - don't know whether this is the right place or not.

I was full time with employer and I was put on a 3 day week and signed on with the social welfare for the other 3 days but I was put back to a 5 day in March and have been since. Work did get busy for a little while but it has quieten down again. I am been put back to a 3 day as of from next month.

When I went back to a 5 day week I let sw know that I was back to a 5 days. Now I have to sign back on again as I'm back to 3 days.

The info I am looking for is when signing back on again what do i need to bring with me apart from a letter from my employer stating that I am back to a 3 day week.

Evidence of your identity and the letter from the employer should be enough. If you have moved addresss since your last claim, evidence of your new address as well. It'll be pretty simple.
