I am going to get all the windows replaced including as well the current sliding door to the patio.
I am looking to get something like that instead in the picture below.
I was looking at patio doors with three hinges but I am now back at a door with two hinges as I want to be able to tilt it.
From an insurance and security perspective that should be fine?
