I have a pump for the firebird back boiler that was renewed 2 years
ago. It has not been used for nearly a year and a half. Is there a chance
that the pump could be seized up because fire has not been lit in that time or is there a way it can be checked without lighting the fire?
Their should be a screw cap at the end face of the pump. Remove it and manually turn the pump shaft. (usually a slotted screw driver end or maybe an alan screw)
