Hi All,

Can someone tell me the name of the film that you can use in an SLR camera that's B&W but goes through the colour process and gives you a sepia effect......Also, do you know if it works and produces a consistent finish....

Thanks,

and spring to mind — read about the merits/demerits [broken link removed]. I'm sure there are others, but I 'went digital' a long time ago.... However, afaik, your negatives will be B&W — if you want a sepia tone, you'll have to get colour prints made from them and request it specifically.

You could also just try shooting standard colour film with a ..?

Look for a B/W film with (Color) C41 processing. I bought all my film for years from www.7dayshop.com, I might still have some in the fridge. I am now digital ;-)

I am sure there was a B/W c41 film with produced sepia results, but I can't find it.

You could also get proper B/W film such as Fuji Neopan. The liked of Boots will send it a way to develop it. Beware of some 1hour places who will run it through their machine and distroy it...

Hi All,

I went to a camera shop at lunchtime and they recommended C41....I just hope the old SLR is still working after all these years......I recently bought a turntable so I could play all those vinyl singles and albums I bought in the early 80's.....This must be some sort of mid-life crisis...again !
