Awful Smell at Merchant's Quay Car Park (cork)

I went shopping yesterday in Cork and parked in Merchant's quay car park. As I was driving in I noticed this pungent smell but cos the car parkign sitation was so bad in there I kind of forgot about it. When I got back to the car about 2 hours later I opened the car door to that awful smell. Since then I have been unable to remove the smell no matter what I do.
Anyone have a similar experience yesterday or today at this car park perchance?
 
same happened me in Grafton Mall a year ago. I think it was from those valet places in there. Took over a week to get rid of the smell - no air fresheners, febreeze or leaving the car windows open for hours helped!
 
A friend had a similar problem... He swears by sprinkling the soft fabrics, seat covers, carpets, etc inside of the car with the entire contents of a box of Biologocial Washing Powder (Doesn't matter which brand, so use a cheapie... Must be Bio... Enzymes deal very well with the whiff)... Leave it overnight, and vaccum it out...

Worth a try, anyway...
