I am waiting on a delivery since 16th May (almost 7 weeks) from a UK based online store and still have not received it. I email them every now and then for updates but am just given the usual rhetoric.
Is it their fault or is it the fault of the delivery company? If I kept ringing them would it have more impact or would I get cold-shouldered on the phone too?
It was claimed that the delivery address was too hard to find so they brought my €200 order back to their warehouse where it's been for over 6 weeks and they just won't get it out again. I even gave them a mobile phone number so I can guide the driver in but they've yet to come out again.
What should I do? I can't begin to describe how browned off I am atm. Worst of all they are well renowned.
