Hi
Just wondering if someone could advise me...
I've sent all my info off to the broker and I phoned him today to get an update - he said everything should be OK - "as long as nothing comes back from the credit bureau"
I had a credit card issue(!) about 3-4 years ago that was fully paid etc...
getting nervous now - anyone help with advise on this please..

When I got a mortgage a few years ago, my credit card was in rag order, and wasn't even paid off (I was constantly late in payments, and used to have them ringing me up and sending letters with dark hints of Stubbs' Gazette). No problem with approval.

It's since been paid off (although I have a different card now), and I've just gotten mortgage approval again. Doesn't seem to have been an issue either time.
