Aviva ordinary shares 32. 17/19 pence

Hi
I have a 148 shares in Avila but am not sure what the value of them is, it says they are ordinary shares of 32 17/19 pence.
I do know that I had entered my daughters UK account so that she could receive any dividend which I think was very small.
I am now going to retire so I am wondering what value they have.
Also would I have any difficulty selling them as I do not have a UK bank account.
So if you can offer any advice that would be great. Thank you
