Avergae price per sq meter in Budapest District XI

Was wondering would anyone know the average price(per sq meter) been achieved for apartments in Budapest District X1. I have a one bed (top floor) apartment in a new build with a car space and was given a price of 340,000 HUF/m2 for the aprtment and 2,000,000 HUF for the parking spot. This was back at the start of the year. Would this be generally around the average mark, or would it be unrealistic???

eddie10, the average price per sqm in District XI is 347,000HUF/sqm according to but averages don't really give you a full picture in Budapest. (By the way, 'EUR' should read 'thousand forints' on this link.)

340,000HUF/sqm sounds about right but the most important specific considerations in relation to value (apart from the usual - location, etc.) are condition of building, lift in building, noise, light, aspect and condition of block.

If you're thinking of selling, can you let us know how you get on as there is little in the way of price statistics for recently-constructed new builds in Budapest.
