When you say all in, do you mean all outlays and VAT included ? I would be surprised if any solicitor did this and suggest it means plus outlay and vat. Have you got that quote in writing stating same ? I suggest you read this thread if you haven't already. If it includes all I would suggest it is a reasonable price but be aware that its quality and efficiency that's important. You cant beat a recommendation.
Your fee of 2K is for buying AND selling? If so it is extremely reasonable- on the cheap side.
Your outlays are much more because you are buying. In general there are very few outlays on a sale. But on a purchase there are search fees, land registry fees, potential stamp duty, commissioner for oaths fees and so on. There are also potentially engineering/BER cert fees but these are usually paid directly to that provider.

Make sure you get this confirmed in writing, and make sure that VAT and all outlays are included in the quote (as referred to by other posters)
I day this only because I was quoted similar (for buying an apartment), but being younger and foolish, I didn't realise (and wasn't told) what I was being quoted was the solicitors fee, not the other associated fees, and not VAT. I can't remember the final total now, but it wasn't far off €3,000
