average length of time it takes the court for the case to come up for “mention”?

Some information please.. A case in the Circuit Court was heard recently. The judge heard the evidence etc. I was advised the case will be up for “mention” for the decision to be given by the judge. Anyone familiar with the average length of time it takes the court for the case to come up for “mention” .

Next court list in the area would be the usual, unless the judge indicated otherwise.

Your solicitor should be able to tell you when this is, or you can check the legal diary on www.courts.ie (though it is not always comprehensive - at least not for provincial Circuit Court lists)
