Average 1 bed apartment long term rental in Buda

I got an one bed in Buda side close to the castle and the bridge going back to the pest side. Does anyone what the current average long term rental rates are around there?

The place is in District 2. Pretty bright, window faces quiet street. comfortable. it's about 40m2. Nice classical building. Area is pretty residential.
