The only issue I’ve ever had with my Avensis was my son inserting coins into one of the air vents. Unlike my Renault which nearly bankrupted me. I couldn’t recommend the Avensis highly enough.
Great car. The only problem's I ever came across were, head light buld getting to hot and melting the back of the headlamp, l/h rear suspension arm bush wearing(requires arm), these were the only regular problems. Had a few other minor problems from time to time but very reliable.
