Thanks LD. Very interesting point that. So I pay 5% of my salary (max I’m allowed) to which my company match this with a 5% of theirs that they also pay in.
As well as this, I pay 25% in AVC. Is your point that the 5% (my own salary contribution) + 25% (AVC) makes up the full 30% AVC allowance?
