Does anyone know how to do a chargeback on an Avantcard creditcard?

Ive fallen victim to Ryanairs no refund decision after they cancelled flights and I want to do a chargeback.
 
Thanks. Ended up calling them. On hold for about 2 hours.
They have started the chargeback for me.
I was hoping they would have a form like all the other providers but it looks like they dont.
