E Ent319 Registered User Messages 124 29 Dec 2021 #1 I’m thinking about switching our mortgage to Avant to lock in a rate for ten years. We’ve just completed a switch to PTSB. Can anyone who’s gone through the process of switching to Avant share what their experience was like? Are they quite forensic with the bank statements etc …? How long do they require you to be with your existing mortgage provider? Are they likely to frown on large expenditures ?
